Hossam Khamis’ almost two decades of experience in commercial and business law has rendered him a top tier advisor on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, construction, finance and securities, intellectual property and employment matters. Mr. Khamis’ work has covered most jurisdictions in the Middle East, including Qatar and Egypt. Prior to joining Al-Ansari & Associates, Mr. Khamis was working at the Development and Agricultural Credit Bank of Egypt as a Senior Counsel, He was responsible of drafting, representing and negotiating on behalf of the Bank local and multinational financing transactions.
